Some units may exhibit minor functional or cosmetic imperfections, such as non-operational Face ID, a non-functional mute toggle, or slight to moderate screen burn. These issues do not affect the device’s primary performance. Devices may also show light cosmetic wear on the front and/or back. As a courtesy, some units may include a newly installed tempered glass screen protector.

Included Accessories
Every device includes a brand-new, non-OEM charging cable. No SIM card or additional accessories are included.

Shipping
Orders typically ship within 1 business day, with standard delivery in 3–5 business days. Florida residents often receive their orders within 1–2 business days.

Using a physical SIM card

3-5 days after signing up with Rogue Mobile, you will receive a SIM card kit in the mail, including a SIM card, SIM ejector pin, and additional instructions.

  1. Ensure your device is turned off and locate the SIM tray.
  2. Use the SIM ejector PIN to open the SIM tray. Your SIM card has three possible sizes, pop out the correct size for the SIM tray of your device.
  3. Insert the SIM card into the tray and close it.
  4. Turn your device on and call 407-250-9049 to activate your new Rogue Mobile service. Enjoy!

Using a digital eSIM

Shortly after signing up with Rogue Mobile, you will receive an email and text message containing the QR code for your eSIM. You MUST scan this QR code with the device that you intend to use your service on.

  1. After receiving your device, charge it fully.
  2. Once the device has been fully charged, scan the eSIM QR code that you received from Rogue Mobile (you can find it via text or email).
  3. Follow the prompts that appear on your screen to complete the installation.
  4. Restart your device and call 407-250-9049 to activate your new Rogue Mobile service. Enjoy!
