Please note: Everything works except the "Silent Switch" on the outside of the phone. You will need to turn the volume all the way down manually to put it on silent.
Expect the device to have light marks on the front and/or back. Some devices may come with a new tempered glass installed as a courtesy.
Our devices are purchased in bulk so the item could be in used condition with no repairs or it could have been refurbished with a new screen, battery, camera, or back glass. A refurbished device may have a message inside that says “Unknown Part.” There’s no need to panic—your phone is perfectly fine! It only means the repair was done outside of the Apple Store.
All devices will include a new NON OEM charger cable.
This model is factory unlocked for every carrier and is fully compatible for both domestic and international use. Each carrier has a different activation procedure. Some will work as soon as you insert your SIM card, while others require calling customer service to finalize the activation.
This item does NOT include a SIM Card or ANY accessories other than the cable.

Using a physical SIM card
3-5 days after signing up with Rogue Mobile, you will receive a SIM card kit in the mail, including a SIM card, SIM ejector pin, and additional instructions.
Shortly after signing up with Rogue Mobile, you will receive an email and text message containing the QR code for your eSIM. You MUST scan this QR code with the device that you intend to use your service on.
